Had another one of those shop til you drop days! 5 knit outfits arrived that I won on ebay (all for skipper) but I got hit with duty on them cos it was over $20! I was peeved to say the least! What can you do eh?
Went to MFD to see their new store. Very small showroom, about the size of my living room! But it still held all the essentials. 90% of her business is done on line anyway and mostly to the U.S.
I picked up my 3 Jazzie dolls (didn't want the Mistress of Ceremonies but I might go back for her later). And I got a new guy for my Venetians, Peter Parker! What a cutie! My gals are gonna go ga-ga for him.
As you can see by the pic, I also bought another kitchen! I must be a kitchen fanatic. Maybe cos I want my real life kitchen redone so badly LOL This kitchen came from Holland. It's made of tin and is much more realistic than any Mattel product! No accessories with this but you all know I have lots of items to fill it with *grin* I already know which doll will get this as it will go into one of my little stories.
Lastly I had to stop in at Value Village. Came home with 2 poser guys and an unknown gal. The necklace that she is wearing looks like a scorpion so maybe she is a birthstone gal or maybe a beach gal from the 90's. In any case I didn't have her. Now she is a Doltonite! I posted a head shot of her on the DCA blog so if any of you recognize her, please let me know. Yep I bought another kitchen there too. LOL
Oh yeah, Zeller's had a big sale on eyelash type of yarn (79 cents a skein) and also the same kind that you sent me Diane, only in many colours. It was only 99 cents a skein so I bought 2 of every colour! Expect lots of ponchos to show up on this blog in the coming days LOL
Note: I will not be opening up my Jazzie gals until I have my scene finished to show them off properly. Stay tuned!
P.S. the ladies at MFD said the brunette Jazzie looks like me. Well I used to wear my hair that way! But I was NEVER that slim ha ha ha!

Wow, you really did have a shopping spree! ; ) Let me know how you like the poser Jazz baby's when you take them out of the box. I was thinking of getting the redhead (of course), but not completely sold on them.
I like the redhead jazzie you already deboxed. Is she fun to pose? She looks so skinny I wonder if the normal clothes will fit or just silkie stuff and older FAs
Sorry Diane, I haven't opened any of the Jazzie's yet. They are supposed to have many articulation joints.
I am planning a special scene for them, which is going to be part of a story that I am writing. So you all will have to wait to see them out of the box!

That kitchen came from Holland. It was part of a collection that Marg (MFD) bought. It's from the same owner as the McDonald's and a few other items that I have. Everytime I go to MFD I find something else from that collection LOL
I haven't decided yet who gets the kitchen in Lofton. Hmmm maybe Frame Construction could install it in your house! Better call them Diane. Do you want their number? LOL
