In the first pic, the Doltonites are arriving at the New Year's Ball.
As you can see they are having a lot of fun dancing.Here they are coming down the stairs to the ballroom from the dining area.
Across town there was a Rave going on for the younger crowd.And here is a ball that was set up one other year.

Love your New Year's ball posts from other years--I never got any festival going for the beginning of the year but I found a set of party lights at discount and took them out to Wolfie and Queenie and they insisted I plug them up last night---said they were going to party like it was 1969---I told them I was there and it wasn't that great but to have fun anyway:) I haven't checked on them yet this morning to see if any of them have fallen off the table.
Thanks Yvonne. I never did get around to Dolton last night. Just too tired from work.
Maybe it will happen in a further chapter of Genevieve's story.
